Raw eggs may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria hence it may be a chance of the infection. Symptoms of Salmonella infections are generally experienced only by the mother and include fever, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps and diarrhea. It also decreases immunity and increases the chances of food poisoning.

Do not consume raw sprouts such as clover, alfalfa, mung bean, radish, broccoli, sunflower, onion, soybean, and snow pea sprouts which are highly prone to listeria, salmonella, and E.coli bacteria. This may lead to premature birth, miscarriage, stillbirth, and infections in newborns.
Pregnant women are strictly advised to avoid consumption of alcohol, as it increases the risk of miscarriage and stillbirth. Even a very small amount of alcohol can negatively impact your baby’s brain development.
