Early pregnancy symptoms

Fatigue / Tiredness
Fatigue and tiredness also stand high among early symptoms of pregnancy.
In early pregnancy, increased blood circulation caused by hormonal changes may result in frequent, mild headaches.
Constipation is another common early sign of pregnancy. An increase in progesterone hormone causes food to pass more slowly through the intestines, which may lead to constipation.
The flood of hormones in the body in early pregnancy can make women unusually emotional and weepy. Mood swings also are very common, especially in the first trimester.
Food aversions or cravings
When you’re pregnant and in early stages, you might find yourself turning up your nose at some foods, such as coffee or fried foods. Food cravings are also common too.
As your blood vessels dilate and your blood pressure decrease, you may feel dizzy. Early in pregnancy, Dizziness also may be triggered by low blood sugar.
Raised basal body temperature
Basal body temperature is the oral temperature of your body when you wake up in the morning. This temperature increases very slightly soon after ovulation and remains at that level until your next period
Perhaps the most obvious and most known early symptom of pregnancy is when you’ve missed your period. This possible sign of pregnancy is often what causes women to search for other details about the pregnancy signs.
